Nope I honestly dont think so. Not saying your wrong but this would be the third time I've tried solving this mystery. I guess 3rd time is a charm.

Yeah, I did. Thanks a bunch doodski.

As for the pics, what ever you got...shoot me a message with them whenever.

Did some things today.
No serpentine belt....cuz rackar
Below is a video. I think the clicking noise was just because the belt wasn't on. U can hear it good at the beggining and end.

Also put my new higher than stock alternator on today.

And the best part....my original stock alternator is getting rebuilt as a high out put one for 100 bucks as well. Including powder coating case black. So I'll be putting it back on once it's done. Nice knowing people.

And just an FYI the alternator is still using the stock size pulley on it. A true high output not just a "High output" but smaller pulley lol.

So basically for the cost of one remand alt from auto parts store.....I got 2 high output ones. One is 150.1 amp and the one I just took off their going to rebuild it for around 200 amp.

Guess were getting fried Andrew for lunch.....

Just wait.....tomorrow the real electrical fun begins. I'm dragging my 80ish feet of 2awg out for some wiring fun time.

Also found out some great facts about the battery voltage sensor that I'm about to relocate.

Mine has been hanging off that 12gauge negative wire that used to connect to the negative post since my battery relocation lol.

I'll 've posting up all the info I've found about that sensor later. I'm running all new battery wire now and finally putting the batteries in the spare tire hole. With inline fuses and all.

Alright so some good updates for u guys.
1) got me another ls4 engine/tranny with less miles than mine for sale for 500. Bought that. Saw it running. This week it'll be setting wrapped and covered in my barn in TN till I drive back down to get it.
And my custom turbo logs and cross over are looking good. I'll post up the 3D renderings when I go get them. 91parkave is helping me decide which Borg Warner turbo i should go with so I can get that ordered. I just paid Pat G to spec me a cam/spring/push rod sheet so I can get the cam ground. Probably gonna go with comp. Plan is to build the engine I just picked up. All new bearings including crank and have it nice and cleaned up at the shop.
So hopefully turbo build will be done by August. I won't be around but a week here and there to work on it so may take longer. But I should have all the parts in my possession by end of January. January 12 I'll be gone for 5 weeks so I'm leaving the car to have the turbo logs fitted once their done

Mmmmm..........no lol. Trans is gonna be my core for Dave and engine is my build engine

Nope not me. I'm waiting till I get the new turbo cam heads engine ready to drop in before I order it. So I can do new tranny then as well

Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Tapatalk

Yes. But......when I'm actually in NC this new engine I got is gonna speed my build time up a lot. Bout to order the new bearings and the crank scraper. So you'll get your tranny then be jealous of my engine :p
