• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

That 'someone' has been to your house. He needs elves like the one in the previous posts.

I have watched the banish videos. And read way to much stuff on hptuner forum. Hopefully I can start tuning tomorrow

Re: Her names Delilah. She's still a bit*h...but not as often

I learned very little from them video's, sure some of the info is great if you own a steady state dyno and had a million hours to use it.

Also got me a rear STB and his rear stb brackets so I can go replicate them tomorrow. Shouldn't be hard or take long.

Re: Her names Delilah. She's still a bit*h...but not as often

Red bad news....this bar isn't a a GMPP bar. Was gonna go install it and its only 30mm. Well guess I'm gonna go order one new tonight. Kinda disappointed

Used strut mounts? am I missing something.
Or are you talking about the mounting shell being rusty?

Re: Her names Delilah. She's still a bit*h...but not as often

The top hat of the strut. It can be cleaned off and the welded then painted

Re: Her names Delilah. She's still a bit*h...but not as often

Its the metal piece I need to weld on top of the strut mount. After market ones are designed differently. Stock ones work best I believe. Plus a little rust can be knocked off easily.

Re: Her names Delilah. She's still a bit*h...but not as often

Anyways made some great progress on the Bilestine coil overs today. Although since i will be on ship again in a few weeks i may send these off to bilestine to be rebuilt when im done getting them ready. cause if my suspension i thing one of the fronts may be blown. waiting on a PM to confirm.

Used this nice tool with a cut off wheel to get them this far.

And the above is how they sit right now. Tomorrow morning I'm going to go take a grinder and belt sander and smooth the welds down the rest of the way. wont be hard or take long at all.

O..almost forgot also got the strut mounts today off of the junk yard struts. going to clean them up as well tomorrow and do the welding then paint them up all nicely.

I probably wont get to the rears until end of December beginning of January. but o well.

Re: Her names Delilah. She's still a bit*h...but not as often

File a what?
Luck with what tomorrow...finishing them up

Re: Her names Delilah. She's still a bit*h...but not as often

I always thought all GXP's had the Sway bar attached to the LCA...the more you know.

Re: Her names Delilah. She's still a bit*h...but not as often

Nope sadly they don't. I currently have no sway bar at all until tomorrow lol
