• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Déjà vu new pics finally!

Re: Déjà vu.....

Wow... I'm surprised you left the lower body parts on when you painted them. You know just a few body clips and they come off.

Re: Déjà vu.....

i saw that, the back i should of just taken off, but the front i tried and couldnt get it the f off, didnt wanna break the plastic!, turned out good tho, no overspray. i quadruple taped the **** outta it lol

Re: Déjà vu.....

Spo? Lol and it's black engine enamel, and cause the tips were a bit discolored and I just wanted to try something for now. Painted and clear coated, why what's the problem?

Re: Déjà vu.....

For the life of me I couldn't get the front one off, maybe cause I was doing it at night.....:th_doh:
Either way it turned out pretty good! And wtf are spo tips....

SPO = service and parts operation. Sort of like what GPO grills are for the 97-03 crowd. Spo are add ons from the dealer. Those are the type of tips you have normal you get the pig snouts stock but those are add on from the dealer. Your grill is also a SPO grill.

Re: Déjà vu.....

Ahhh got ya. Well they were tired looking, and with the back fascia painted black they fit right in, I love em

Re: Déjà vu.....

Yeah it does, the tips look great with it, they were kindly goofy lookin IMO with the black fascia

I had the same tips but ended up switching them out for a larger ones plus they got dirty way to easy. 304 stainless steel is where it's at.

i really like the black tips with the back plastic fainted black, with the tinted tails and 5% windows its nasty IMO

Re: Déjà vu.....

well i painted the tips black for now, used engine enamel gloss black and clear coated them , they were a lil discolored and stood out too much for me, so now they match.

was coming from from a friends house last night when two kids in a lowered honda civic pulled up next to me on the highway, he yelled out the window you got a problem with imports? i said no but my car does. at this point we were doing 65, heard him downshift and i nailed it, needless to say by the time i hit 100 i had over 5 lengths on him and kept on pulling, funny how these kids think their so bad ass, but cringe when they get beat by a grocery getter, stock gtp ftw

Re: Déjà vu.....

Now get some Speed Daddy's drop to a 3.6 and tune and you can really put some lengths on them.

Re: Déjà vu.....

oh trust me they are coming, im going to do gaskets coolant elbows and shift kit first, then after that its speed daddy, overkill and 3.6 time :th_thumbsup-wink: a kid in my union class said he got his gto tuned at this pace in central jersey called tune time. hes a big pontiac guy, you think its worth it to go there and try and trust this guy? or just stick with will and let him have at it?
