I am writing this complaint due to the fact of ZZP's shoddy products. I paid 104$ for the Bi-xenon HID kit, they worked great, but one bulb(the problem bulb) was always a different color..The very same bulb had been giving me MASSIVE ammounts of trouble And i would have to click the lights on and off for it to light up, now it has completely blown, I am outraged beyond words at this. I paid 104$ for a 35w bi-xenon kit from ZZP instead of 70$ for a 55w bi-xenon kit off of ebay due to the fact that I had peace of mind when dealing with ZZP. Something must be done about this, I had the lights for under a month when the problem first arose, I had no issue, a simple on/off of the lights fixed the problem, but now I have no headlight. I am attempting to refrain from using profane language but for lack of better words, I overpaid for nothing but cheap ****. I am member of several online car forums for Grand Prixs, such as www.grandprixforums.net and every member talks bad about ZZP's customer service and products. Now I understand why. Unless something is done about this issue, I will take my future business to other 3800 performance websites.
 


Umm, how about contacting ZZP about this problem. If you've already done so, what was there response?

the gp has a poor electrical system which is why the one ballast wouldn't ignite the bulb, not zzp's fault bruh.

and why the hell did you get the hid kit from zzp? ddmtuning.com is the **** you want
 


And hell, if you did ANY research on the topic, you would have seen that MANY people have had problems with the ZZP HID kits, and you would have steered away from them........
 
i had vvme's ill never buy from them again. i had 9007's with telescopic bulbs and the magnet broke inside, vvme would replace for free but shipping to hong kong is insane, ended up buying from ddm, 1 year later my hid kit works just like it did when i first installed them
 
Yea... I live in Grand Rapids.. I have never had BAD service from ZZP. I was in the market for some HIDs and was planning on going with ZZP. But then I did some research and found that they were not the best place to go for that particular item. So i went with another vendor.

Meh. I have yet to even use the High beams. So at least for now I am ok with the lows only.

It's not the car, the working bulb worked on both ballasts, the defective one did not. And had no clue, about ddmtuning

Yea, because a vendor is going to JUMP to make you happy now with an email like that................

Instead of being an adult and sending an email like "hey, I'm having a problem with these HID's, can you help me?" , you go ahead and bash them, their products, and their customer service..........YET YOU HAVEN'T ALLOWED THEM TIME TO GIVE YOU ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Your immature way of getting a response from them will, well, get you a non-response.

I just think it's funny how some people actually go off of "feedback" of this sort........ this thread is laughable.
 
Yea I wouldn't lift a finger to help someone who sent me an email like that...... WOW. Didn't realize that was your letter to them. I understand that you are angry but you gotta remember that you should at LEAST give them a chance to make it right.... In any event I hope you get your problem solved and everything works out for you.
 
I actually am not looking to receive anything from them, but its worth a shot lol I have already ordered bulbs lmfao zzp only had 6000, or 8000 but i wanted 4300.
 


so you wanted 4300 k because it's the brightest, but didnt do research and went zzp in the first place so then i' assume you didnt know that 4300k bulbs can either be blue, white or yellow depending on how high a quality the glass bulb is. the higher the quality the blue-er it is. so hence why most people who research go 5000k

Your "letter" to them is extremely immature and inappropriate. If you did not expect reimbursement or a replacement, then what in the hell was your reasoning for attempting to contact them?!

You know I had a probelm with zzp awhile back and I contacted them and they gave me a full refund and didn't even ask for me to ship the part back, two days later I recived a free shirt in the mail with a very nice letter thanking me for buying various items from them the past two years. So I would calm down for a minute before you start a **** storm
