I understand that and on highways etc it's dangerous. But in a 45, 25 is still probably acceptable. Stop looking at me like that..I never am below the speed limit.
 
Each state has its own laws on traffic impedment. IA is 7 cars IL is 8 cars. You get that many behind you, you are supposed to pull over and let them pass.

I agree completely! Why creep on to the freeway when everyone is already going 70+... Get on it and get up to speed already!
 


Luckily if I tailgate enough people get the hint and merge over and get the hell outta my way. yes im doing 55 in a 35. suck it up.

Memphis drivers here are just slow moving and inconsiderate. That's just all I can say.
 
About a year ago I passed this truck doing 50 in a 55. About 2 miles down the road we came into town and he was riding my ass though town. We get on the bridge to go over the mississippi and he was about a hand length away from my bumper so I put on the breaks. I didnt lock em up but he did and almost hit the dam bridge. Was laughing my @$$ off at him. Dont go 180mph though town if your only gunna do 50 on the highway.
 
Also, when people pull out in front of you and expect you not to slam their ass just because they're in a hurry.. or how people drive 15mph just because it's lightly snowing outside like they've never seen it before here in indiana..
 
What pisses me off is when I am driving a little over the speed limit and keeping up with traffic or even passing people and some aggressive A-hole is riding my azz and you can see he/she is just so pissed off that they can't get around... 9 out of 10 times its just to get to a red light first. If I see a light turn red I'll take my foot off the gas a coast up to save a drop of fuel or two. These jack holes just wait for a shot and floor it to get around and up the light in front of me or next to me. Whats the point in racing up to a red light?!?!?! I never will understand it! I drive slow by no sense of the imagination but am respectful to others and try to drive intelligently. Diving in front of me and stomping on the brakes at a red light just makes me want to fire a skud missile through your back window you F*@%ing dumba$$ !!! Ok Rant Over.

i'm guilty of it. even if the next light is red i like to get the most of each acceleration. but i hear ya. people are rude and ignorant. which is why sometimes living in rural areas wouldn't be so bad. but i suppose then i'd be betching because of tractors on my two lane road...
 


When we got hit with that mini snowstorm a week or so ago there was an escavator on a 55mph 4 lane traveling at 15mph in blinding snow. He almost caused a massive pile up
 
A few years ago I was in a construction zone with one lane blocked coming out of Colombus OH when some jackwagon in a corvette was riding me and getting pissed, I can only go as fast as the car in front of me. Again he was in a corvette and I was in a cavalier z24 so when we were through the construction he floored it to pass me and I was hanging so far out of the window I could almost touch his car screaming that he was number 1 and some other choice words and hand gestures. So what did he do you ask? He whipped it in front of me and jammed the brakes on like I was going to hit his precious corvette. People like that really burn me. It is people like him that make me not carry a gun in the car. Phucking people make me want to start ramming people. Hold on I have one more rant for ya...
 
So not too long before or after that, still in the same cavalier, a big @ss truck was riding my bumper with its highbeams on down this back road. My car was lowered so the lights hit just right inside the car. Having just got mikshakes with me girfriend at the time we decided to have a little fun with the truck driver. We threw our shakes through the sunroof and SPLAT on the trucks windshield...HAHA stupid phucker!!!! Yes we did waste some damn good milkshakes, but was it worth it....yep. We then went and got some more shakes.

One thing i hate that nobody mentioned is when people purposely box you in so you cant get around and be on your way. Mostly dudes with trucks or sometimes woman too. Im like yo move the hell out the way i dont wanna be behind you or that slow azz driver next to you. I do a lil trick where i drop back a few hundred feet and wait for a nice opening then i blaze right up in there in front of that dumb driver. it works most of the time :cool:
