Dash Vibrates when AC/Heater is on High

basically whats happening is (the blower im assuming) squeaks LOUDLY when on a low setting, but when Cranked to full blast my dash vibrates. Then a not so glorious "vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv" sound can be herd. It also takes a bit to feel the heat in the car.

Its a 97' Grand Prix GTP btw..
 


You need to remove the motor and check it and the plastic "squirrel" housing, or the plastic fan. It may be cracked and out of balance, or missing pieces that broke off.

The only way to tell is take it apart and inspect...
