Dash Speed Window Projector

how do i make the projector work. is there a fuse i need to plug in or what? mine doesnt work. trying to figure out how to fix it.

Before you do anything, hold the up button for a few seconds and then the down button for a few.
Sometimes people run them to the top or bottom and they take a few seconds to run back into view.

the up and down switch it was pointed all the way down i guess. my father thought it was broke
