Dash Rattling

Anyone else have a problem with their dashboard rattling? It seems like whenever I hit a little bump in the ground it starts to rattle, until I kind of "thump" it and it stops until the next bump?...Any ideas of how to fix this? Also, my PRND321 light seems to flick on and off at night by my shifter...somewhat strange and I dunno if it's a short or a bulb that needs replacing? HELP!
 


In what area does it rattle? possibly a loose bolt? panel hitting another?

as for the light flickering. I would pull up the center section of the console and check the electrical connector..... see if perhaps you have a loose wire.
