How hard is it to install the dash gauges found on ebay sellers such as this one?

I'm not sure of the similarities between a GP cluster and Impala cluster, but I can relate to you what I know.
The Impala cluster is a "sandwich". On the front and back are covers that clip on to the main body of the cluster. To remove the overlay the gauge needles have to come off, then you'd have access to swapping out the overlay. I don't think you'd need to mess with the back.
Should be a similar setup since I don't see GM getting too creative with such a similar model as the Impala to the GP. FWIW, I just asked someone to do it for me professionally so I didn't have to worry about it...
