so installed my devils own meth kit this weekend and DDDDAAAAMMMNNNN! this was an easy install which only took a two hours and its just cool. on top of that ive been tuning all weekend and have already added 8 degrees of timing with out even a hint of knock. i ran her from 0 to 130 mph with no knock!so here inlies my question...i have a 3.1 pulley and im running 26 degrees of timing at full throttle (almost more than im running at idle) with 0 knck so what now. this seems like far too much timing so should i go smaller pulley again or just keep advancing the timing? also im getting close to maxing out my fuel injectors.....anyone got a recommendation and where to get new ones? oh and if u havent already buy the devils own universal kit as this was by far the best upgrade per dollar ive ever done on a car. this far surpassed the improvement i got from my header install
 


oh i agree...i ran it as hard as i could and got 20 on my gauge so they are borderline static at best. im shopping around online now for 45 lbs injectors. anyone know anyone selling a pair or anyone recommend a supplier?
 
You really shouldn't go over 22* of WOT timing, there isn't any point on a blower car. What are your other mods? If your hitting around 22 pw you need injectors. Whats your 02's?
 
havent had the wideband in since i installed the devilsown kit so idk about o2 readings but to be honest im not terribly concerned this them as the meth will make me run rich anyways and im not really in this for fuel economy although i am getting 19mpg... current mods are....3.1 pulley, msd ignition, moroso wires, northstar tb and sensor, devils own meth kit, ssic, cold air intake, ported and polished lim, proted and polished sc, polished tb, ssac headers, removal of all emission controls, zzp fuel rails
 


a) run less timing (~20*)

b) run more boost (as much as you can get away with.

c) tune your car WITHOUT the meth first, then turn it on and start adding timing/boost.

d) the power you make will have nothing to do with MPG, you getting 19 right now is laughable. you should be getting mid 20s.

e) just buy injectors from ZZP or find a set of used lightning 42# injectors.
 
you dont have rockers or a cam, you need some more exhaust mods on that car besides headers, you shouldn't even be running a 3.1 with those mods

why? i have no knock and running 320 hp as i just had it on a dino last week. what exactly is a 3.1 doing to harm my car?

really? mid 20s....ive had the car for almost two years and have this is actually the highest ive ever gotten. i was actually quite impressed with the economy
 


i had a feeling when i challenged your post that ud in turn challenge mine anyway you could..regardless what does my number matter as my question about your telling me not to run the 3.1 still looms unanswered? bio even stated that i should run more boost in order to lower my timing and increase horsepower....how do u do that without a smaller pulley?
 
im not challenging anything, was it a mustang or dynojet dyno, 320 is high so it sounds like a dynojet which in real world means its only 280whp. too much boost is not good, these blowers are not compressors
