Just until you hit a cooling jacket then stop. But seriously there is a lot more to head porting than just making them bigger. Read....

Well I still cannot understand what you are asking, "Curious question: How much should I expect to pay to have my heads ported?" Is that what you are asking? or are you asking what should you have done, I am just not real sure.
