Custom Supercharger Install Questions

If I pickup a supercharger for free or really cheap(it's not the one for the NA 3800 I have but for an earlier model), would it be possible to build brackets and mount it where my ac compressor(ac compressor is dead) is currently located? Could I just route the boost into the throttle body? Sorry if this sounds stupid just wondering if it's possible.

Are you talking about a centrifigual S/C?

All Grand Prix factory supercharger's were roots styles. They sat on top of the LIM.

I don't think they were saying the CSC wouldn't be worth it. Mounting a roots blower anywhere besides the top of the motor would not be worth it. Gen 3 topswaps are cheap cheap cheap these days.
