im sure if the zzp core or similar was bought one could be made around 1.5 inches. ill have to do research if i can find a heater core that thin, or a more expensive one from zzp would have to be bought then built around that. i see what your saying as far as height, but the reason i made this one was for maximum efficiency, but if there is a demand for the ss version ill look into making a prototype for everyone to see.

Got a reponse saying:
it's 4x11.5x1/2"
IIRC, it's inlet and outlet are 3/8"; though I don't know exactly how the tubes run.
