Custom center console ideas

Has anyone made a custom center console for there car? Or found a center console from another car that will fit into a 97-03 Grand Prix. I mainly want to do this because I hate my cup holders..
 


I don't think any other would fit because of how they conform to the dash. But yeah the cup holders suck there but where else would they go?
 
Well I thought about building one, but that would take alot is time. Or finding a way to mount one, or something. I don't want it to look cheesy
 
IMO, there isn't enough room to ad to our console's.

I did one in my Bronco years back; lots of room to add/move all the fun stuff.
