does anyone know of a write-up for installing a hvtb...mine comes tomorrow and i want to make sure i do everything right...i dont think it would be too hard, but just want to make sure you know?...
 


unless you tear your gasket or it doesnt pull off in one piece (or the rubber surrounding it is messed up) i dont see you having any problems.
 
It's not hard. Unbolt the throttle cable bracket (or if the new throttle body has the brackets already on it, you can just remove the cables). The throttle body is held on by three bolts, and maybe a bracket underneath. You can take the stud out of your old throttle body for the bracket, or just leave it off.
