I just checked the website for Marks Cruise Nite looking for this years dates but I didn't see any dates posted for 2009.
Last year the first nite was May 5th?, I think thats what I read but it's getting late and the CRS is setting in. Does anybody know when it opens this year?

ok guys,the show is the 17th of may in wallingford,anyone you guys know with a poncho,see if there up for the show,if anyone is going post up so we can meet somewhere and park together before the lot fills up....

what i meant was if you guys know anyone that owns any type of pontiac,any model,year,see if they would be interested in going,they have a 77 to presant class,too much coffee dave....
 
Oh ok Rich, that makes more sense. I heard on the news tonight that GM has decided to no longer build Pontiac's but they will keep Cadillac & GMC :th_shakinghead1:. Pontiac along with Saturn and Saab will no longer be built. I see a lot more Pontiacs on the road than either Cadillac or GMC.
I noticed yesterday that they were loading up all the cars & trucks at Holley Dodge on car carriers, I was thinking that there was a car show this weekend cause they do that before a show. I stopped at Holley and posted on the door was a letter saying they closed for good on April 17.
I don't know about the Wallingford show yet I'm still undecided I will let you know one way or another what I'm going to do.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself to the members of the CT area. My name is Jay and I just picked up a '98 GTP yesterday. Just wondering if anyone gets together at all and if anyone has modded their car. I am not new to modding. But, I don't plan on going crazy with this car. I may end up doing i/h/e someday.
 
sup jay. im fabio, i have a 98 gt coupe. my car used to be hot **** until it got hit while sitting, i did the bodywork, but someone else painted it and it came out half ass and i cant get it redone. so for now it still runs sick but looks like ****, thats all i care about for now. anyways, ya sometimes we're trying to get peeps together for the pontiac/oakland show at wallingford buick pontiac gmc in aug-sept-oct around that time. anyways best of luck with your new machine.

I use to belong to a CT club but it kinda went to sh*t, I'm not really any member of a club just the forum.
I don't know if these guys have ever gotten together before but maybe car shows.

if you pre reg. you only save 2 bucks so i pay the 10 when i get there,dep. on what class they put you in,there is a 77 to presant class,unless they put you in semi. mod. class,they det. that by the mods you have.....
 


should be leaving here around 8 or 8;15,hope it clears like they say,we had a few sprinkles last year but everyone stayed
 
not sure who will show, it is from 9 till 3 0r 4,then next week the 30th is the show at zaverior high school,the kids put on a nice show there
