Cruise Control Problems

Hey guys and gals, yesterday, my cruise control on my 2004 pontiac grand prix went out. At first, i thought it was just a simple blown fuse, but after replacing it, it is still not working. Any ideas to what the problem is?
 


Check to make sure the cable going from the cruise control module to the throttle linkage is connected. On my 97, this would often come unhooked because of the type of connection it is.

But now that I think about it, might be totally different than your 04.
 
Mine went out a while ago too and from what I've read it could be a number of possibilities (like about 20 or so :th_tongue2:), so I pretty much said screw it. The odd part is that it randomly started working again for me, so whatever. I'll try and find my original post cause there was a ton of things to check.
