Crankshaft Balancer/Pulley

The drive belt on my 3.1L V6 Grand Prix sits halfway out of the crankshaft balancer pulley. The only way I can explain this phenomenum is if the crankshat balancer has moved out of position. Can this happen? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks
 


Could it? Sure.


Wich way is it sitting of of the pulley? Twards the front or back? Fix the belt by removing the tension and see what happens.
