Crankcase Vacuum help!?

this morning i start up my car(98 gtp s/c 180,000) and after about ten minutes i get this horrible squeal! When i got home i started the car and started looking for a belt or pulley squealing. when i pulled the oil cap off there was TONS of vacuum and the noise went away. PCV right? thats what i thought at first but after replacing my pcv & o-rings that D@mn thing still squeals! i read all over this forum about breathers (not a good idea) and rerouting and all that stuff but i dont want to get around the problem i want to fix it. any ideas? i looked up a diagram for the pcv system and the only place i can think of looking is the pcv valve itself.

no not in over a year. what are the odds that the new pcv is bad? i got it at autozone but it rattles just fine, maybe it doesnt seal?
