crank position sensor brand?

gonna be installing a new CPS soon and wondering if theres a brand that would be best to buy or ones to stay away from as this doesnt look like something i want to be doing twice.

Get a delco.. for whatever reason different brands don't do well in these cars

before i spring for this, is there a difference in part# between years? forgot to mention i have an '08 3800 and seems im comin up with a different part#
