Cracked valve covers. L67

I am in the process of building an L67 for my 88 Fiero, and after cleaning them off I discovered one was badly cracked, but I thought the other one was good. I sandblasted it today at work and discovered several small hair line cracks on it, so I am now assuming it is also junk. Now besides "go to the junk yard and get some for $10" what are my options? I do not wish the repair them and take risk of them failing again. Is there a nice aftermarket option? Maybe someone makes aluminum? Also is it common for these to crack? Thanks for any input!

Prj performance also makes some but they almost twice the price. It is common for people to put the wrong bolt back into the alt and then it goes through the rear cover, cracking from normal wear and tear I'm not sure though.

Oh and late 05+ l32 valve covers are black from the factory and are the same as the l67 ones
