Couple repairs would like feedback

ok so first issue my wipers don't "tuck" themselves when off so would i repair the wiper transmission or motor? they also get stuck up during winter sometimes.

issue 2: my auto dimming mirror doesn't Dim at all. any ideas?

and then this isn't really a repair but the equalizer on the stock radio whats the best setting for that? i mostly listen to techno/dubstep and rock with a lil rap mixed in.
 


heres a link to a post about the wipers not parking, it has a diagram in it , you may need to bend a tab back, in the winter the wipers stay up due to ice under the cowl. http://www.grandprixforums.net/wiper-home-position-49500.html

you mirror is dead, you need to get a replacement mirror, or take it off and take it apart and clean the oil film off the mirror and the glass, put it back together and hang it back on the windshield, and be done with it, that's what i did, that way its at least clear when you look into it.

the eq, well that's up to you, how you like it to sound.
