core charge for transmission?

Now that I have the "new" transmission in my 99, I'm wondering what to do with the old one. The shop I recovered my car from disassembled the transmission completely, so have several boxes of parts. Does anyone pay core charges for transmissions, or do I just take it in for scrap?

Attempt to sell the pieces to a tranny shop, or sell them here on the forums.

You could probably get some cash from the hard parts that are still good...especially the diff if you have a GTP...
