Cooling fans interchangeable?

Hey i have a 97 grand Prix gt and my cooling fans go in One by One. I noticed at the junk yard later years have a cooling fan Assembly thats built together. So can install the later year fan Assembly in my 97 gt?

I wouldn't see why not.

Just remove the stocker, head to a junkyard and make sure it looks the same, lol.

All the 97 stuff should interchange between GT/GTP; especially since a bunch of the GTP's were an additional package at the time, and not an actual model.

I put 2003 SE cooling fans on a 98 GTP radiator no problems bolted right up and plugged in. You will have to get rid of the piece at the bottom of the radiator that the 2 single fans lock into.
