Coolant overflowed out of overflow canister

what the hell caused this? i noticed coolant on my pcm and was like wtf, popped open my overflow lid, and it is pretty high, and you can see where the stream ran down it.

i have no added any coolant in a long time, please dont tell me i have a leaking cylinder, blowing compression into my radiator...

I bet the level is alot lower when the car is cooled down because its all sucked back inside the radiator. Perhaps it has always been roughly that high and it finally pushed out.

I would just remove some of the coolant, bleed the cooling system again just because and keep an eye on the level.

That about all you really can do.

are there any ways i can test to see if im leaking compression into my cooling system? i think i remember some test strips for the coolant to test for exhaust
