Just wondering where the coolant level should be when I open the rad cap on my 2005 gtp. I opened the cap today to do a test on the coolant and noticed that I could not see any coolant in the rad. I do have about half full resivoir. Also just to let you guys know the car had been shut off for about 20 minutes before checking the level. It was at operating temp. The heat works fine and I have no service lights on. Is this normal??? Also I noticed some orangish gunk near the top of the rad cap. Is this bad and what steps should I take to correct this if it's bad.
