Coolant Change

Does anyone know if it is possible to get the coolant switched at an oil change joint by getting a flush. Typically the flush cost about $35 at my place. Can the coolant be switched at this time from dex to the good ole green stuff?
 


GET RID OF DEXCOOL NOW.
I can post some pics of my old heads with dexcool packed in them, all it does is gunk over time and screw your engine.
 
i did it infront of my house, using the yellow now, took like 2 hours total with the prestone flush two rinses wiht water then the fill, its fun,
