Contacting ZZP

What is the typical turn-around time in a message left with ZZP for a return call or email? I have both into them, but I've got no experience dealing with them.

I don't think it has ever taken them more than a day to get back to an email from my experience. They are usually awesome.

Whenever I've emailed them they've been very quick. One time I emailed them right back and we had an email conversation going for about 20 minutes. I've called and left a message once and they returned the call around 9am the next day.

They are generally pretty good to get ahold of.... sometimes when your messaging them back and forward another one of them will pipe in which gets confusing. Otherwise they are pretty dang helpful.
