Ive read it can be a bad flexplate, rod knock, bad harmonics, maybe exhaust holes and what not just not 200% sure.
 
Start the car and let if get to full temp. Then give it a quick rev, on the decel of rpms it should be quite noisy. You could also check with an oil pressure gauge. Once warm..pressure would suck.
