Ok new to site. Wondering if any one has advice for me. I just bought my 99 gtp 2 weeks ago . The car had been repainted 1 month prior. And it looks like they buffer it with compound and didn't clean the over spray off the roof. It now has sun baked to the paint . Ive tried everything any ideas? . Thanks Chris
 


Like removes like. Any compound should remove it. I would try Meguiars Ultimate Compound or Swirl-X. Both are available at Walmart.
 
Dont use compound to take it off. If it was just polished there is no need to take the paint down another level, plus I'm not sure if you have a buffer so there is no sense in going that route....Use claybar, it will remove it
