Color Changing Halos?

alright guys lately ive been strongly considering a retrofitting my headlights. I really want red halos but I also would like to be able to drive with white halos on. does anyone know where I could find halos that can change between white and red? or ive also seen a few 7 color ones but theyre all way overpriced. has anyone done this?
 


Not sure, but I'm almost positive that red or blue Halos are illegal. Might want to double check with the state you are in before going through the hassle. Might be too close to emergency vehicle lighting and a ticket waiting to happen.
