Spring is almost here after lots of cold and snow in MN. After several nights that reached -10* F or colder, I was wondering how long other members let thier cars warm up in the mornings. I try for 10-15 if it is below 0*, 10 minutes up to 15*, you can see the trend.
once the oil is circulating well the car is good to go, regardless of the temperatures.
give it a minute, or whatever youre comfortable with then drive away. the only reason to let your car seriously warm up is so you can have heat right away.
