Coil spring boosters

Hey everyone

I just put a type r box in my trunk and noticed quite a drop in the rear suspension. The damn box must weigh close to 100 pounds! It makes the car look kinda dumb with the huge wheel gap only on the fronts. I was thinking on picking up some of those rubber spring boosters for the rear to level it out somewhat for now until I decide what to do. I would like to lower the car but don't want to spend all the money right now on new struts, and from what I have read a camber kit and mount spacers. (correct me if I'm wrong). Has anyone ever used the spacers and if so, how did they work?
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Use soem GTO spring blockers. They use them from the factory to prevent spring sag and to help the cars from scrubbing when going in and out of the trailers during shipment.

Could also use Olds Intrigue rear springs. They are a bigger spring and will solve the squatting issue in the back that you see in stock suspensions

Are these on the GTO model cars or is GTO the maker of the spring blockers?

Thanks for the info, I am hoping to avoid replacing springs for the time being, but that's good info to know.

The GTO spring blockers come off of the GTO cars. I just saw some for sale on nepec I think.

Too bad we don't have GTO's in Canada (I wold have one if they did) to make finding some easier. They sell them at auto parts stores around here which I imaging are pretty simmilair.
