Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Coil pack brand. Does it matter?

I'm doing a whole new exhaust on my 3.8l supercharged with ram gtx air intake and 3 in sc pulley and figured while it is out to do a tune up. Have ac Delco plugs and wasn't sure how much of a difference wire and coil pack brands make.
Any advice?

Thanks
Tim

Keep stock coils unless you *know* you have a bad one, and then get a stock coil from a junkyard. Stock Delco wires are recommended too.

MSD packs seem to break down in a year or less. At high rpm many have experienced issues.

Stock seems to be the best for us.

Stock coils.

New plugs.

Upgraded wires.

Might want to invest in a motor with a stock car and a 3" pulley.

That thing needs a stock one, asap.

Otherwise you'll be popping pistons like popcorn, Tim.

Wowsers! 3" pulley on a stock engine? I'm gonna guess that was a typo because you wouldn't get around the block with a 3" pulley.

It's modified to somewhere between 325 and 350 hp. I personally have gone 185 in at and was only at 4k rpms. Supercharger obviously was full blast. Upped fuel trim under load to reduce knock. And thank you all for advice. Will definately get ac Delco then

I'm not sure everything he put into it, I got the car 2 years ago and most of the work was done. Just know I've tested it and is tuned for the mods

I'm in West Springfield and know most of the cars in the area (hell...I've built a bunch of them). Toss up some pics and we may be able to identify the car.

BTW.. 185mph is not possible with the available gearing options.
