Today and got got a code reader and hooked it up to my 04 Grand Prix and 2 codes showed up
- P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1
- P0446 - Evaporative Emission System Vent Control Circuit
 


Has 256,000 and no feels like its running fine I notice when it gets cold tho when I start it up in the morning the rpms bounce don't stay steady
 
could be a vac leak on the engine, could be the cause of the evap code too.

spray some carb cleaner at the vac lines at idle, if the idle jumps up, you found your leak area.
