i had the same problem with my trans tcc stuck on and now im changing my trans i flushed my trans and it helped a little might wanna try that some times u get chunkies that get stuck
 
having them replace the tcc and tfp, the fluid was clean, no debris or shavings, was a little brown.. i had just changed over christmas break tho.. maybe 10k miles on it
