code p0171 system too lean need help ASAP please!

so this code is the only one on and I have emissions tomorrow and I have been trying and changing everything. So I changed the upper plenum and lower intake manifold gasket, new pcv valve, new map and maf sensor, it said system too lean bank 1 so I change 02 sensor bank 1 but that didn't work and I am afraid to use carb cleaner because I don't know exactly where to spray it to check the vacuum line. Anyone have any idea what it could be I guess I'm going to have to suck it up and spray but any other suggestions?
