Code P0121 bugging me

I replaced my TPS a few months ago because of a different problem I was having while my car was hesitating to shift. It fixed it for awhile but came back. Now sometimes my car won't shift out of first because my pcm thinks it's at wot. I don't want to change my tps again because I don't think that's the cause. Could it be my wiring? I briefly checked it and the wires seem very hard, almost brittle. They didn't seem to have any cracks, but I just took a quick look, I didn't pull back on the plastic wire cover. It's an on and off problem. Weirdly enough it happens more if I don't let my car warm up before driving. Any suggestions?
 


Ok, so I would need to replace the wires for the tps, iac, and MAF? Or could I buy just tps wires?
