Cobra R wheels on GP?

I have done a couple searches, haven't been able to find any pictures. Does anyone have any pictures of 17x9 Cobra R wheels on a GP. Preferably chrome on a dark colored GP (dark green, black...), but I'll take what I can get. The reason I ask is that I know someone selling nice chrome Cobra R wheels cheap. I just want to see what they would look like on my GTP before I buy them.

Thanks!

I saw that one, but the picture doesn't show for me. Does it show for you Derek? If so, can you save it and text it to me?

The only picture I see is further down, maybe 2/3 of the way down the first page.

Those are the 03-04 Cobra wheels. I couldn't find any Cobra Rs on a GP, so I dis a couple quick Photoshops. Let me know what you guys think. I would obviously get a new decal made for the center cap.

Mad photochop skills brah.

definitely.

most like with a wheel like the cobra r is that you wont fit them if you are lowered unless you are good at fender modding or run some camber, which domestic guys seem to be afraid of...

Thanks for the compliments guys, but they only took like 2 mins to do. I think I'll test fit them on before I buy them, just so I can see exactly what they will look like. It's hard to Photoshop wheel offset. Haha The 17x9 Cobra Rs have more of a sidewall than my little 225/50/16s. They will fill the wheel well nicely. I'll post pics of them actually on the car when I test fit them next weekend.

i had a set of 17x9 +24mm cobras. i did not intend on them fitting without a good amount of fender work and neither should you.

at stock height they should be okay, but you'll be going mexi flush with it and that look is mega uncool.

Yeah 35 recomended for the pansy's who think running any lower with make there car look like a mexican...
It will on a 10" wide rims but not on a 9"

I think 245/40s or 245/45s will work depending stock height or lowerd.
If it was me, I would throw 275/40s on there.
