cobalt ss kill wtf?

Not necessarily Street Wolf my friends got a Cobalt LS with a built motor and a GT28RS turbo kit running about 520 hp at the wheels tuned and that thing is crazy fast.

Who cares...it is still a Cobalt when all is said and done
 
a kid at my school totaled his a month back when there was snow on the ground. The day before he totaled it he tried to race me but it wasnt looking good outside so i just drove away.
 
an rx8 doesnt stand a chance in hell against an ss/sc... unless the ss/sc driver is a complete tard. The ss/sc has waaay too much torque for that rx8 and besides, the trap speeds at the track are too far apart. The ss/sc will walk away no matter what the speed is.
 


Motor Trend tested a 6-spd RX-8 when they came out back in early '04...it trapped a 14.8 @ 94.3

Cobalt SS...14.5 @ 98

Granted the RX-8 only has 1.3 liters and a wimpy 158 ft.lbs. of torque...I give it a bit of credit for hanging with a 'Balt SS/SC...with 50 more ft. lbs...

X2. Those car's are horribly small and ugly. You can't even fit a fat chick in the back seat so whats the point of buying one. Cause that's all you get if you own one. :th_king-evil:
 


again..... My best friend just beat the world record for the fastest cobalt on stock blower his list of mods...

sooo keep dogging the cobalt!!! Don't see many grandprix running that without ALOT of work. Im still a gp lover but just HATE when people have no respect for other peoples opinions or never did research. Or its a chic car...IM A CHIC! I have owned a BAD 05 GTP Whippled!!!! So OMG!!! With every car out there, there are just as many chicks driving them as guys. Hell, I'm starting to see more chicks driving big jacked up trucks than guys. Does that mean the once manly truck is know a little girl truck. I think not. Like Jess said, everyone has their own opinion on who should drive certain cars, but likes what they like. I know I wish I could get my GP in the 12's for a grand or less. Props to the guy whi owns the cobalt. I don't think they're bad little cars either. One of the best compacts out there.
