Clunking Sound

Hi everyone, This is my first post here.

I am experiencing a clucnking sound from the upper front right hand side of my car. It is very unpredictable, but sometimes happens when i go over a rolling bump or accelerating while turining. Any ideas?

I am also experiencing a starnge noise when I crank my wheel to the left. It is not power steering, but sounds more like my tire is rubbing up against something when it is cranked....

check your outer tie rods. Look at the rubber boot and see if its torn up or dried out.

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the outer tie rods.
