• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Is it just me or is that club really starting to suck I mean really, I post about my GTP and it get moved to the L36 section that no body ****ing reads, then I post about my security system acting up and it gets moved to the Quality/probleams section, another area that no one ever reads. Its so hard to get help on there anymore I think I'm going to drop them and try this site out
 


you wouldnt be the first. I think I have like 10 posts on that forum. I even forgot my user name there lol.
 
yeah, i left that forum a while ago. the people there suck and there are way to many reposts of things that have already been discussed or said.
 
I'm neutral on ClubGP lately. There are still alot of really knowledgeable people there that have been there since the begining. The managment sucks but there are still good people over there.

As for this place, i've noticed lately it seems like there is alot more of a younger crowd joining here. Which ain't bad at all, but there are alot of repeat posts too. Plus we have alot of discussions and leg humping of jap cars here. IMO this is a GM/Pontiac/GP board, keep it that way. You don't see that crap on any of the others i'm a member of (TB SS, Turbo Buick). Then again, americans nowadays generally don't have taste in cars like they did back in the 60s and 70s.

Overall this is a better place to be i'll agree.

what does taste in cars have to do with enthusiasts? you can make any car nice. its not like the grand prix is the most attractive car on the planet.
 


I would post there some but for some reason I am never able to log in. Doesn't matter what computer I'm on, even tried with a different username and never can.
 
I haven't made a single post in there, and NEVER have logged in once. I emailed them and they told me that my user name shows up though it says no such member exists or just never logs me in, and if I try to create a new account with the same user name it says it's already taken lol.
 
i made an account a LONG time ago and couldn't even figure out their site setup. didn't know what the hell I was looking at. I prefer this site over gpona or clubgp ANYDAY!

People just have poor taste in cars IMO, there are many who will agree with me too. I have my beliefs and your not going to change them. Maybe I need to repeat this one more time...

yes. it is. im not saying its the coolest car ive ever seen and it never will be, but im making it my own and its not even close to being an ugly car. laugh all you want, but im not sure you know what youre talking about. i enjoy all cars alike. i loved my grand prix and i will never forget it, but im more than willing to move on and try other things.
 
I don't get the hate for ClubGP around here. Maybe I'm too new.

ClubGP seems to have the majority of the experts and crazy builds. We here seem to get most of the ricers and wannabes.

Clubgp just annoys the **** out of me, I usually stay around here and chicagogarage, GPONA on rare occasion.
