Climate Control Panel Question

Greetings,

My question is quite simple really. I am wondering if I can just swap out the stock panel with a better stock one and have it work as it is suppose too.

The one i have currently controls both sides of the car with a few dials. The one i want to put in has 2 little screens thay readout the temperature, and i can control each side seperately. Is this doable? Thanks

I agree I don't think it can be done. At least that was what I was told because of bcm. You would have to change it out too.
 


^ This and you have to get programed at the dealer. I was going to do it when I switched to leather seats. Cost wasn't worth it to me.
 
No you cannot use digital climate control without changing the whole system. One is automatically controlled, the other is manually controlled. BUT I am not sure if the BCM has anything to do with it. I need to check Alldata for more info. But I am very busy at work.
