Clicking Sound

So just recently I added a new intake to my car and a new muffler and not I am able to hear a clicking sound or something like that on acceleration. I was wondering if this is normal or I should start tearing stuff apart to fix the noise or figure where it is coming from.

the sound is coming from the engine bay area. i am going to put my engine cover back on and see if that will stop the sound since it started after i took it off

mine never clicked. my egr makes a nasty noise though.
