cleaning aftermaret wheels question.

I recently bought msr 087, black with machined surface as some may have seen from my other post. I was wondering what's the best way to clean these wheels. I use soap and water. The soap is mugela gold or however you spell it, but there is still road grime on the machined surface. What's the best way to make these wheels shine like new again?

Claybar it to remove the road grime then wash with car shampoo should clean up just right. post pics might help to.
