Clatter At Idle in Gear

So I went through inspection today. Everything went well until...

I heard a clatter sound. I'm not sure if something happened when I had the ebrake on and they told me to press on the gas or what..

My ideas are motor mount and flex plate??

Help me out plzzz

yup it looks like the flex plate. my camera sucks down there... but this is what it looks like, the top two arrows

And just as an update, a very good friend of the family runs his own mechanic business from his house, who is very reputable for years, said he would do my flex plate for me for 450. I think that's pretty fair given the job. He is gonna drop sub frame and do it that way, he said he would have the alignment perfect so I don't have to worry.
