Could be the fuse but most likely you'd have other accessories out too. Most likely the socket itself is bad (the part that you plug in whatever in). Sockets are cheap and availible at any autoparts stores, IIRC Walmart even carries them. Most are just slip fit so they just pop in or out. There will be a plug on the back side, thats it. Try that out. I think there like $5 or so? I haven't needed to replace one in many years....
