Don't HV3 then. The HV3 helps in the higher rpm for power. Around the city you wouldn't likely find yourself at that range to see the benefit. The longer runners in the intake currently should be more beneficial for the majority of the driving you do.

HV3 won't do anything for noise. And if you do 70 city and 30 highway, your average is very low.

I agree with this guy. Your MPG is very low. I get 20 in the summer and 18 winter. with similar driving.
