Changing Dash Lights Color

Is there any possible way to change what is red in the car to a color like blue? Like even the P/N/R/1/2/3 etc? And if so how do you do it?
 


i got an overlay this is mine

um its kind of a pain not to bad hopefully yours comes with instructions mine didnt but i had a guy help me put it in what you do is plus the one end into the overlay and the other end into the dimmer switch then you splice the red and black wires into the light switch to the left of your steering wheel the thick yellow wire being your power i just used double sided tape some people used spray adhesive becuase where thety are its really warm and tape just ownt hold
