Changing belt on Supercharger

Hello, I am changing my belt on my 2000 GTP supercharger, I get the belt on no problem, start the motor and smoke coming from the belt, started looking and it appears the smallest pulley towards the front isn't spinning. I pulled it off and it looks like it has bearings in it, I am assuming it has gone bad. I was wondering what this is called so I can hopefully go pick one up from the parts store? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

Does it have groves in it or is a smooth pulley?

Thats pretty much all you'll have to tell the parts counter, they can look it up to get the correct number aswell.

It is smooth...it has a couple lines Where it was rubbing on it from the belt, but that is what tells me it's not spinning...

According to that diagram it is number 8, it states it is groved, now I am confused, lol, maybe it is suppose to have groves and they are worn: -/ I am not sure...

there is a grooved pulley next to the tensioner and then there is a smooth pulley further back

This explains my problems, I will go get a grooved one, it make since since the grooved part of the belt goes on it, I don't know how there is a smooth one on it but it will be right when I'm done, lol...Thanks to all your guys quick help, you guys are awesome help, Thanks a bunch...

Maybe it was like my car when I bought it. The pulley seized up on the PO and they drove it with no SC belt LOL.

Alright guys this is how stupid I have been today. Evidently when my old belt went bad and broke it was cause my idler pulley #8 broke, it was down to just the center bearing piece, me not knowing about the pulleys didn't realize this until I saw the new pulley, I feel really stupid here, but you guys have been awesome help to this newbie :-). Thanks
